Manufacturing capability
The CCL Gateshead facility is structured in a “classic” traditional format to facilitate the extensive range of conveyor components and systems with in the Company’s portfolio.
Pre prepared raw material is followed by material appropriation and sizing whether that be by saw, profile burner or via the multi functional machine shop skill base.
Utilising a high level of skilled personnel, CCL are able to incorporate an extensive fabrication and fitting / assembly capability, assisted with an array of robotic automated plant.
Complemented with an integral despatch area and a wide range of mechanical handling equipment the CCL manufacturing capability can truly accommodate the demands of its large and varied client base.
